Who we are

Prahapp CZ (“we”) operates prahapp.cz. For anything related to your personal data, write to info@prahapp.cz.

What we collect and why

When you use our contact form we receive the name, e-mail address and message you type. We use them for one purpose: replying to your inquiry and, if you become a client, managing our cooperation. Legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering correspondence.

This website sets no cookies, runs no advertising or analytics scripts, and does not profile visitors. Our web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, requested URL, time) for security, rotated automatically.

How long we keep it

Inquiry e-mails are kept for up to 2 years so we can pick up where we left off if you return; client correspondence is kept for the duration of the engagement plus statutory archiving periods.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, and data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@prahapp.cz and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ, uoou.gov.cz).

Who else sees your data

Messages are delivered to and stored on our own server hosted in the EU. We use no third-party form processors, newsletter tools or CRMs. We never sell or share your data.
