A fashion e-shop that sells as fast as it loads

The brief we set ourselves

A small fashion brand doesn’t lose sales at the homepage; it loses them in the seconds between “I like this” and “paid”. Slow product grids, a checkout that demands an account, no pickup point option, a size chart buried in a tab nobody opens. Each one costs a few percent of buyers, and together they cost the business.

This showcase is our answer for the industry: a catalogue of a few dozen pieces where every product photo appears instantly, and where checkout speaks Czech shopping habits fluently: Zásilkovna pickup points on a map, card payment through Comgate, order as a guest, done.

Decisions worth copying

  • The grid is the shop window. Product images ship in AVIF at exactly the rendered size, so scrolling the collection feels like flipping through a lookbook, not waiting for one. That is where the 0.9-second paint comes from.
  • The size guide lives on the product page. Not a modal, not a PDF, just measured garment dimensions in centimetres next to the buy button. Fewer wrong guesses means fewer returns, and returns are where small fashion margins go to die.
  • Zásilkovna and Comgate, not exotic gateways. Czech shoppers abandon carts that don’t offer their pickup point. We wire in what the market actually uses. The same reasoning applies whether we build custom or on Shoptet, which we cover in our e-commerce service.
  • Product SEO baked into the templates. Every item gets structured product data (price, availability, brand), a human-readable URL and a meta description written for the query, not the CMS. That is the unglamorous half of SEO that actually moves rankings.

The numbers

The stats above come from the build itself. Test it in PageSpeed Insights and you’ll see the same figures. No cache-warming tricks, no lab-only optimisations: static pages simply have less to be slow about.

E-shops like this start at CZK 60,000 and go live in 2–4 weeks. The full breakdown is on our pricing page. Browse more builds in the portfolio, or tell us about your brand via the contact page; we reply within 24 hours.
