The brief we set ourselves

A CRM website sells software, and software buyers decide in a hurry: they want to know what the product does, what it costs, and how to try it, in that order. Most CRM sites get this wrong. Pricing hides behind a “contact sales” wall, the feature list lives inside a slow interactive tour, and the demo request sits four steps deep.

This showcase demonstrates how we solve it: every feature is described in plain, scannable HTML, the pricing table gets its own fast page, and the demo request is a three-field form reachable from any screen, one-handed on a phone.

Decisions worth copying

  • Pricing in the open. A published price page answers the first question a buyer asks and filters out the wrong-fit leads before they reach your inbox. It also ranks: someone searching “CRM pricing Prague” lands on a real page, not a gated form.
  • Features as content, not a video. Search engines can read an HTML feature grid; they cannot read a 90-second product film. Written, structured features are how a CRM gets found for “sales pipeline software” and how a hurried buyer scans it in ten seconds.
  • One short lead form. The demo request asks for three fields (name, work email, company), nothing more. Every extra field is a percentage of leads lost, and each submission drops straight into your own pipeline, no copy-paste.
